Service Contracts

We carry out over 3,500 service visits per year and in response to feedback from customers we are pleased to announce the launch of our range of service contracts below.

Costs can either be paid annually in advance or monthly by direct debit. All three contracts include unlimited telephone support, and provide access to our out of hours call handling service which ensures that you can always speak to a real person when you need to. We don’t provide a guaranteed 24/365 emergency service but we will always do our best to help – whatever the problem and whenever it occurs.

Platinum

Our all-inclusive cover is reserved for customers who have had their boiler installed by us and offers complete peace of mind for the first ten years of the boiler’s life. Our first priority was to ensure that customers who had their boiler installed by us receive the very highest standard of care – and maximum peace of mind. So for customers whose boiler has been installed by Westalls since the start of 2015 and has been serviced and maintained by us continuously since then, we are delighted to offer them the opportunity to join our top-level service plan –the ‘Platinum’ service contract – which offers complete peace of mind by including all servicing and maintenance costs for a modest monthly amount. Gold

The next plan is the ‘Gold’ contract – offered to everyone whose boiler was installed after 1st January 2013 (provided that it was installed by an accredited installer and commissioned in accordance with manufacturers recommendations). It includes annual servicing and the call-out charges on any breakdowns – leaving you to cover the cost of labour and parts only – at a discounted rate. Click here for T&C’s.

Silver

And for those simply looking to spread the cost of annual servicing, the ‘Silver’ plan offers the facility to spread the cost of your annual service over 12 months and puts the onus on us to arrange your annual service – taking the worry out of your hands. Click here for T&C’s.
